| Formatted contents note | La presentación que se formula independientemente de las circunstancias históricas en que se pronuncia la sentencia y de las interpretaciones que se plantean al respecto, pretende no solo dar a conocer el simple texto de los razonamientos fundamentales del fallo, sino también dejar, dejar constancia inequívoca de lo siguiente: 1º la misión del tribunal constitucional es velar y hacer prevalecer la constitución ateniéndose a su texto, cuales quieran fueren las leyes, decretos, ordenes o resoluciones que la contraríen, habida cuenta que los principios, derechos y obligaciones por las leyes que regulen su ejercicio, 2º el fallo en cuestión no debe ser interpretado por nadie, como una especie favorable a la impunidad de criminales organizados o de oposición al combate de ciertas conductas conocidamente tendenciosas, para crear o fomentar inseguridad en la población. |
